  • The post-construction handoff is a seamless process designed to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your new home. Once construction is complete, we conduct a thorough walk-through with you, addressing any final details and ensuring everything meets your expectations.

  • PRECONSTRUCTION

    The pre-construction fee is billed as hourly work with an anticipated amount of time spent figure as an idea of a budget. Please click here to view our pre-construction agreement, outlining scope, retainer and billing rates.

    Pre-construction is a standalone service offered by Biltmore and does not necessarily mean you have to build with us. With that being said, if you elect to build with us, the money spent in pre-construction gets credited back to you in the construction contract.

    CONSTRUCTION

    There are 4 components that make up the construction budget.

    1. Hard Construction Cost - These costs are made up of things like materials, vendors, trade partners, self-performed Biltmore labor.

    2. General Requirements - These costs are made up of on site supervision, job site trailer, temporary heat, temporary toilets, etc…

    3. Overhead - These costs are made up of off site cost controls, estimating, project manager, etc… Please click here for a staffing matrix breaking down the overhead costs further.

    4. Fee - Our construction fee ranges in percent based on the complexity and size of the project. The average fee ranges from 10%-15% on 6 figure and larger projects.
